Analyse and Improve purchasing process at Client for new season coming
The new season is coming, this is the suitable time for our Client to analyse and improve the purchasing process. On this purpose, AVS team work closely with Clients for these points:
- Identifying procurement needs: Firstly, it’s essential to clearly identify the specific needs of the organization or individual to know what products or services are required.
- Supplier categorization: Next, identify and categorize potential suppliers who can provide the needed products or services.
- Setting standards: Set quality standards, pricing, delivery conditions, and other requirements that suppliers need to meet.
- Searching and comparing prices: Search for potential suppliers and compare prices, product quality, delivery conditions, after-sales services, etc.
- Selecting a supplier: Based on the comparison, select the most suitable supplier that meets the needs and standards set.
- Placing the order: Create and send orders to the selected supplier, including information about the products, quantities, prices, and delivery conditions.
- Checking and confirming the order: Upon receiving the order from the supplier, check and confirm that the products and delivery conditions are as agreed upon.
- Payment and payment processing: Make the payment to the supplier according to the agreed terms, including pre-payment or payment upon receipt of goods.
- Receiving and quality inspection: Receive the goods from the supplier and inspect the quality of the products to ensure they meet the requirements.
- Storing and managing information: Store relevant information related to the order and manage it for future use or approval purposes.
